owned and operated by Doug Nelson in Monticello, IN, USA. We design and implement web pages, deliver training
to individuals in their home on their personal computers and consult with small

Company Profile
5 Diamond X® originally started in 1998 near Spokane, WA.
We started out:
- Training individuals on operating systems, Microsoft Office suite
applications, and the
internet with their home computers
- Installing hardware and software in personal computers, to include upgrades
and updates to a variety of software and firmware
- Developing Web sites for individuals and small businesses
- Later we sub contracted with American Credit Card Services to process merchant
account applications, giving businesses the ability to accept credit cards
on the internet, later expanding to Merchant Services
- One of our most interesting endeavors was assisting a WW II bomber pilot with the
writing and publishing of his autobiography for his children
In Aug 1999 we relocated to Monticello, IN and are continuing with our
services.
